Although the quality varies a lot though, in Hanoi I did not enjoy it at all but on Bui Vien Street in HCMC and somewhere close to a roundabout on Dien Bien Phu Street on the border between district one and Binh Thanh there is teh best place. Great food and 3000VND a glass. ]]></description>
