Puno to Cusco by Train
Travelling by train is always a highlight for me and Puno to Cusco is no exception. The train that passes straight through Puno market and then on to some lovely Peruvian scenery is highly recommended. The seats may be a bit of a squeeze but all in all its a long but pretty comfortable train journey. Following on from the photos of leaving Puno by train here’s a slide show of the rest of the journey that’ll hopefully convince you its worth it.
Looks like a great train journey. Going to have to wait until I can retire before hopefully doing the travelling thing again. Would like to spend a good while in Central and Southern America and have heard that there are some great train trips to be had but also some equally unreliable trains making them!
