Top 3 Best Kept Travel Secrets
I’ve been asked by A Travel Around the World to join in a game started by Tripbase. The idea behind it is to get travel bloggers to recommend 3 of their best kept travel secrets and with the results create a great list of travel highlights, here’s mine:
1. Tilcara, North Argentina
This remote dusty village is a bit of the beaten track but has one of the best hostels we’ve stayed in. Situated on a hill looking over the village its a bit of a puff to get there if you’re not used to the 2500m altitude. Shopping for vegtables from the morning markets and barbequing steak chosen from one of the many butchers remains a warm memory.

2. Khao Sok National Park
Khao Sok National Park situated in Southern Thailand Khao Sok National park consists of the oldest evergreen rainforest in the world, huge limestone khast mountains emerge from the trees with networks of tunnels running throughout. Read more about Khao Sok.

3. Sangalle Oasis, Peru
Most people who visit Peru will visit the Colca Canyon to see the Condors, I’m not sure however how many people venture down into the bottom of the Canyon to the Sangalle Oasis, something that if you don’t mind a hike and roughing it for a bit is well worth it. Read more about the Sangalle Oasis.

Good sharing of secret travel destination i must say second one khao sok national park is best among three and for your information Khao sok is well situated in 70 kilometer area and far way from northeast of Khao Lak and its around around in 100 kilometers from Phuket. Khao sok was established in mid 1980 and it covers an area of around 738.74 square kilometres.
we also went to Khao Sok NP and it really felt off the beaten track especially, i would imagine, if you just left the hub of crazy Phuket
