Fire Dancers, Ko Samet
I’ve never really been impressed by the fire shows that you see on a regular basis on any beach in Thailand. However the fire dancers who perform outside the Ploy Bar on the main beach on Ko Samet really are worth checking out.
Backed by pumping europop, they perform a pretty incredible routine, chucking flaming sticks high into the air and throwing flaming balls on ropes huge distances between each other. So if your visitng Ko Samet make sure when the sun has set you grab a cushion on the beach, get yourself a Sansom bucket and some BBQ fish, and sit back and enjoy!

Fire dancers are brave people. I would imagine that they got burnt a lot as a beginner and it took a lot to continue training.

Great fire dancing pics, seen a lot of them out and about in spain while i waas last there, it’s great to watch
