The first time I’ve ever had Thai food believe it or not was when I visited Hawaii. I fell in love with the stuff. Sure some of it was funky, but when you’re overwhelmed in a cultural diverse environment, every dives in to try new things. Great article!

Their curry is one of the best in the whole world. All I know is that there’s a way of preparing Thai food that it would brings out the flavor of the meat with all those spice and coconut milk.

Hi Ben, nice post and pictures! We also did a Thai Cooking Course in Ko Lanta and loved the fresh stuff and were surprised how fast every dish was finished. And how delicious it was of course
