I’ve not been to Vietnam yet but that’s on my list of very next places to go.

There’s just something about street stalls. Can’t replace the experience. My mom always used to freak out about eating from the stalls, but if you survive hot dog stands in NYC, these are fine!

Fresh noodles and greens and pork.

If you are in Hoi An, go to see the beautiful sculptures at the Hoi An Art Cafe and stay at the Ha An Hotel – they pay attention to every detail.
