This strong spirit full of small snakes is available all over Vietnam. This photo was taken of some in a market in Sapa in north Vietnam. The drinks all have different properties, some said to improve sex drive, nice!

Not sure if you picture is the same drink as in this article http://www.washingtonpost.com/wp-dyn/content/article/2007/04/20/AR2007042000638.html but it uses rice wine. Unfortunately the reporter found no viagra effect and in fact felt sleepy, not strong!
